Terms and Conditions for Buying Products
You can apply for a return within 4 days of receiving the product by contacting us through email at support@wheelsbuster.com or social media sources. After 4 days, we are not liable to accept returns.
The product should not be damaged, or faulty and should be in original condition otherwise we will not be able to accept a return. Make sure the packaging of the product should be carefully done yourself. If it’s broken on arrival, we will not be able to accept a return.
We take 30% of the total amount in advance just to make sure that the order is placed from a genuine buyer. We take Advance amounts through JazzCash/NayaPay only on our Official Number at 0332-1023885 and the 70% amount you can pay on COD. (Cash on Delivery)
On some products, we may ask 100% payment in Advance.
Once we’ve received and reviewed your return, we’ll let you know whether or not the refund was accepted. If accepted, a refund will be made automatically using your original payment method. Please keep in mind that your bank or credit card provider may need additional time to process and deposit the refund.
